Withdraw from your purchase

Consumers in the EU and EEA can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. For a subscription, the 14 days run from the delivery of your first order. Sealed products that have been opened, or whose seal or outer bag has been broken, cannot be withdrawn for hygiene reasons. To stop future subscription orders, use the customer portal instead.
