Subscription Terms
Scandi Gum (The Kybalion AB) believes in being transparent, straightforward, and easy to deal with — no hassle and no hidden terms. Our subscription is flexible and fully under your control. You can cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time. It is easy to manage through your personal login link sent to your email. If you need assistance, our support team is always here to answer questions and help you with changes.
The Kybalion AB ("The Kybalion AB", "we", "us", or "our") offers a subscription program for Scandi products. When you choose to subscribe to any Scandi product (collectively referred to as "Product" or "Products"), the following terms apply.
Subscription Account
To participate in the subscription program, you must have an account, a valid email address, and a valid credit card and/or debit card.
Placing a Subscription Order
When you place a subscription order, you select a delivery interval that suits your needs. The Kybalion AB will then automatically place and ship the same order at your chosen interval.
Subscription Payment
The credit or debit card used for your first subscription order will be charged on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription or update your payment details. Subsequent orders are charged on the day the order is created and sent to the warehouse for processing.
If your payment is declined for a subscription order, the order will not be completed. You will be notified that the payment failed and will need to update your payment details. Once the details have been corrected, your subscription order will be processed.
To update your payment details, you can log in to your account and edit your payment details under "My Account".
Only credit card or debit card payments are accepted for subscription orders. Gift cards, store credits, checks, or other payment methods are not accepted.
Products in the subscription program are based on current pricing. This means that prices may change and are not locked in.
Subscription Notifications
A confirmation email is sent after each subscription order has been processed and shipped. When a subscription order is scheduled, no additional reminders are sent before the next delivery is processed.
Subscription Delivery Interval
You choose the delivery interval that best fits your needs when subscribing. Available intervals include every 4 weeks, every 8 weeks, every 12 weeks, or other intervals as offered at the time of subscription. Your subscription will then ship on the same recurring schedule based on your selection.
If your scheduled order date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, the order will be processed on the next business day. If the order date does not exist in a particular month (for example, the 31st), the order will be processed on the next business day.
You may change your delivery interval at any time by logging into your account under "My Account" or by contacting our support team.
Pausing a Subscription
If you have more products than you need, you can pause your subscription for between 1 and 8 weeks by logging into your account, going to "My Account," and selecting "Postpone Delivery."
You can also contact us via email at support@scandigum.com and provide your name, subscription number, and which product(s) you want to pause and for how long.
Once the pause period has ended, the subscription will automatically resume.
Please note that postponed deliveries affect the billing date. When the pause period ends, the subscription will renew and be billed from the new date according to your selected interval, unless further changes are made.
Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If a renewal order has already been processed, the cancellation will take effect after that order has been completed.
You can cancel your subscription by:
- Logging into your account, going to "My Account," and selecting "Cancel" for the relevant subscription.
- Contacting us via email at support@scandigum.com. Provide your name, subscription number, and which product(s) you wish to cancel. Please note that response times may exceed 48 hours.
EU Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw your first subscription order within 14 days of receiving the product without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
Changes to Product Formulas
The Kybalion AB continuously works to develop and improve its products and may therefore occasionally update a product's formula.
In such cases, your subscription will continue as usual, but the product may be replaced with an updated version. You will not receive a separate notification before the next subscription order is processed and shipped.
The updated product will continue to be delivered within the subscription until you choose to remove the product from your subscription.
